2. Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care:

  • Outdoor visits to parks, shopping etc.

Our caregivers receive high-quality dementia care training and certification through the Alzheimer’s Association that improves communications between caregivers and individuals living with dementia.

3. Pre and Post-Surgery/Transitional Care:

  • Transportation to and from doctors follow up visits

  • Assist with ambulation/mobility

Our licensed nurses, in coordination with your physician, can assist with hospital discharge planning that will optimize recovery to ensure safe return home from the hospital with our personalized approach to care.

  • Medication reminders
  • Mobility and transferring
  • Toileting and continence care
  • Ambulation assistance including wheelchairs

AHHC’s Certified Care Givers are under a supervisory RN and/or physician. Daily reports are provided at the end of each day for consistency and follow up

5. Senior Care:

Our homemakers help with your day-to-day activities to enhance the clients wellbeing. Care is customized to fit the client’s needs and is evaluated regularly.
